Even after we select a name and tap select/ok it nothing happens sitting there hours and hours tapping select again and again didn't do anything

Have you even tried original apk?
I bet none of you haven't, otherwise you'd have noticed that it's also happening with original apk since new accounts cannot be created (or devs screwed something and haven't even noticed, or they placed an IP restriction allowing players from certain locations, or... who knows, game's pretty much dead and there's no word from devs) for a while already.
Instead you come here spamming that problem is somehow my fault and that I have to provide a solution.

Your question deserved an answer since it had more time and dedication invested, so I provided it. Otherwise, I'd have kept ignoring.

When you face an issue, the 1st thing you do is check if issue also happens on original apk.

You could've just said there's problem server or Devs at the moment no solution is found
And if you don't wanna write those again and again just copy those text somewhere and paste it to reply what's the big deal??

Modding is my hobby.
I don't work as Customer Support. I don't have the time nor the will to act as Customer Support.
I'm not an alien that sustains itself with with light and nitrogen. I'm a human who has to be a useful member of society in order to be able to sustain itself. If I did copy paste the same messages every time, I'd have to spend all my little free time Ive got copy pasting them. For what purpose? To have someone else ask the same thing 3 posts later. I'm sorry, but I'm not Sisyphus. Moreover I'd still prefer to use such free time in things I enjoy like making mods for example.

If someone found a solution/answer and wants to share it, they're free to do so. They are also free to keep answering every user afterwards. My best regards to those who perform those actions willingly.

You better go for an attitude check

Showing a "good attitude" only reinforces the bad behaviour of expecting the modder to invest thire time to check every one's individual issues.
The day everyone understands someone else's time is as worth as theirs, the attitude check should be applied.
