Stupid question, but is there a way to save one's progress and transfer to the official version or even keep it safe as a backup in case of update, using OBB or something?
I cleared the current version and made quite a progress with gear and etc.

Try bind with email, not google play. (This safe until now for me)

Rooted device maybe can transfer progres to original apk, since it can install original over mod.

But i dont know about any ban risk, since u save progres with gpg but unoriginal progres.

Login doesn't work to transfer the progress from modded to original, unfortunately, only works the other way around, I made the test before.
I haven't had any success rooting my device, unfortunately.

Works for me, he's right. You have to root your device first, then bind the account in the original apk, and overwrite the original apk with the mod, I've been doing this since 2022

I know the rooted method works, I was looking for a method for phones that aren't rooted, because I can't do it on mine. Rooting a model like my own unfortunately it's very risky because it often gets stuck on fastboot and I can quite literally loose everything.

Even if I did root my phone, I'd still need to uninstall the signed app to replace with the unsigned one, therefore, losing my progress which is exactly what I don't want it to happen.

I wonder why it won't save to my email even though I'm logged in, do you do something different or the process is just the normal way?

The modded version won't allow you to send your data to the server, probably a bypass that is essential to the functionality of the mod, the method @Takayuki mentioned above works, but only for rooted devices.


Right now I accepted that I have to start over so I'm using a rooted emulator to finish the modded version AGAIN (), and then transfering to the updated original app using THAT proccess quoted above.
