If you've already been banned before, if you just reinstal the mod you will get ban again. There are some steps to follow to unban your account found by a member in this thread. If thats your case search for it.

I've been using mod since version 0.0.6 Banned once (cause I used Gems hack) since then I've just playing normally in online town, farming everywhere, killing all boses. The ONLY thing I've been careful with is MOV SPEED IN TOWN cause well obviously you can't be showing yourself to people that...

I've been i the server discord and they say they auto-ban if you have 1kk gold. So I suppose certain amount of gem will be the same, so gem hack is not safe at all.
