No, the game itself is offline, but for some reason the devs decided it would be a great idea to force check google license everytime you want to play it, but once it's done you can turn off your internet connection and continue playing. Which is weird, because if they're doing this to combat...
I could, but the game also need external data which will be downloaded IN game, the game also relentlessly checks for google play license, one of these things will happen. The game will either show this or "Illegal activity detected" and it will force close.
Bought the game and it uses the worst type of drm. It needs online verification everytime you play it, at least other wuxia games like Hero's Adventure and ACS can still be run offline and only requires verification once in a while.
I'm assuming this is the same situation with Three Kingdoms The Last Warlord. I guess if you're really interested in this game it's best to buy it, which I did. Maybe major modders will crack the drm but even then it probably will take time.
