I'm assuming this is the same situation with Three Kingdoms The Last Warlord. I guess if you're really interested in this game it's best to buy it, which I did. Maybe major modders will crack the drm but even then it probably will take time.

Nevermind, I found out you have to start the game with active internet connection in order for the dlcs to be active. Sorry.

DLCs resets when you start new new game. Had to reinstall the game whenever starting a new game to be able to access the dlcs.

Also, if anyone interested in installing mods. Check reddit, there's a post how to do it. I can confirm it works. Using couple of mods from pc.
