No one cares about your stats pre 100k. You can push 80k stages in a single tournament and no one will bat an eye. Its after 100k where things slow down and people look at stats.

Why would anyone want the ms slider back? It is always better to prestige at ms anyway. That being said, only the item sets are broken. Auto buy is fine like the other options. Just need to turn it off and on after prestige.
