If someone reports you, then you'll get a full account check and they'll check your battle reports too so you'll get caught so if you use mods then don't do high damage in the game.

In pvp try to battle against people who are weaker than you and activate unlimited skills before going into battle then when your character gets to use his ultimate cinematic during that period just deactivate the unlimited skills and you'll probably win

If you don't want to get banned by klab then juat don't used mod menu in guild quests

Well I figured how to use mod in epic raids without getting detected, so in very hard mode you can just clear it without being edited, in nightmare and ultimate try to dodge enemies till 10 sec atleast and 15 sec most then kill the boss, you won't be detected.
