I have the same issue and I been waiting for half a week for it to be fixed

unfortuely due to another issue that the HM folks don't like us playing with mods- they have sort of made a bug where we can't log into our FB accounts in order to play a vanilla game without being forced to use the mod to log in. So i can't play the vanillia game at all at the moment.

I got all the tasks done and I was just about to start my report with Amos (the person who gave me this task) when I got hit with the "unavaible" or whatever nonsense from one of the 2 events which the mod doesn't like. and makes you reload and that's when I got the bug which been like this...

I already tried clearing cache, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game. and the emulator I'm using to play it. I even continued with the rest of the Year 7 Chapter 15 to finish the chapter but I can't move onto the next chapter without the ability to collect at the end. The only...

What about my bug where I'm litereallty stuck in a Catch 22? I can't report to finis my MOM task but the only solution is to conteact HM but I know that will mean I'm forced to start over from Year 1 because they'll "shut me down"?

I researched it but the only way to get this fixed is through HM mystery but I know that will get me banned, but some of us can't access our FB accounts for HM without the modded client so what do I do?

I seem to have a bug I can do everything but "complete" an assisgment task with the Minstry and yet all the tasks are complete for the task?

is anyone else having a problem? I was playing fine with Hogwarts Mystery Mod and now its not letting me play and I can't see the error message I'm getting

How can we get INTO the game with the Niffler error? And w/o this mod, we can NOT log into the game on bluestacks with OG game because when I try to log in that way with the OG game- I and others get a black screen with Facebook log in.

I have tried several times now to do the suggested "fix" and for me its still not fixed

But w/o the mod, we can't log into FB account when we try to do that it just gives us the black screen

Some people have tried that and still are getting the niffler error- despite following these instructions

a lot of people are having this problem. I don't think its a modded thing if people on reddit are having the problem as well
