First thing first, disable your play store, force stop your play store, install the game, make sure you're using android not mac or pc, but be careful,the game always force close for unknown reason i try many way but it keeps force closing again and again, i hope it works on your device

It works perfectly, but sometimes, it's force close, I'm at android 12 and dimensity 810, ram 4GB+3GB, it's always force close for unknown reason
