this is my way of think, just for myself but just in case i just gonna talk here, first after the first mod release I got no banned for a 3 days strike, but I guess someone abusing (using it without thinking) in Coop and they detect the mod and ban all the account that has same modded apk, i got banned same day as the person above us, so in my conclusion if someone abuse it all of us is gonna get banned as well, me right now also get banned today.then don't use mods, if you use mods it means you are a cheater so there is a big chance that you will get banned if you use mods, for more details read the post below:

i already waited for a month and they still not unbanned my main account, i used my second account and got banned
avoid everything that related to PvP and a mode where other real player can see it, like they can see your rank
playing on story mode is good
From my experience, if you got banned, your account will be resumed normal after 10days if you reinstall the official app. But if you keep using the mod during banned period, you will be kept banned.
COLOPL can detect the mod and ban the user. But the previous mod (v5.1.0) could somehow bypass the detection. I dunno how and it is still working for me.
that's why i wondering why mod (v5.1.0) while i use it it's fine and never got banned for 3 days
only using in event demon slayer.
