No skill mp cost isn't working. The skill can be cast, but it doesn't deal damage
1. Invincible-----works
2. No Next Attack Time-----works
3. No Skill MP Cost-----does not work
4. Speed Up Char Movement-----does not work
5. Always Critical Chance-----works
6. No Attack Range-----I don’t understand what this is for???

no attack range is for cancelled mob range attack but its sometimes not working either
