Figured it out. I was just being dumb. You have to download the modded app, but don't open it. Then, you have to go into settings and manually allow the permissions. I was confused there, but now its popping up.

I'm on Android 7.1.1, xplore isn't showing the folder and txt you mentioned that's for altering the mod. What would be the best course of action here? @G-Bo ッ
