It still does, just don't abuse when using it and if you don't want to gamble your main account there are some people with low end accounts. I saw some that is selling for $25 USD with 15k gems on it I think and has a decent deck and it's in league 19.

Try Nox since bluestacks removed the option where you can enable root

signed apk of nutaku works with the patch of lucky patcher and busybox but idk why still can't install unsigned tho? Cause I would rather have unsigned apk than the signed one.

can someone tell me if ever it really installs in your android device? Because I can for sure tell you guys it works on emulator but not in phone devices even if rooted and patched with lucky patcher and busybox and all that stuff....
