reflexil error

When i try to input the sharp.dll to reflector and then search for keyword . and then double click the portion of target. the reflexil didn't show anything to edit. Any wrong with my settings? or wrong installation. i use windows 7 32 bit. PC . please help me with this one. ill try to mod games...
