It means whenever you collect gold from any source.
You will extra 1000 gold.
And whenever you collect gems you will get 10 extra gems.
It doesn't show while collecting the gold and gems.
But it adds into your account. You can check after collecting. By going back to main screen.
I have removed the 2x gold because it could trigger an instant ban.Yes, that's what I'm saying. And it is OK for me. I only say that it is not like described:

I mean it doesn't animate with the collected gold.
Try to purchase gold from journey shop and then come back to home screen.
You will see the difference.
And it doesn't work with the goldmine gold.
