Its worth pointing out that as you get higher levels, you get more tokens out of the level up briefcase. I'm level 50 and I'm getting 8 tokens per case. Not a perfect solution, but it's workable.

At level 64 you start getting 9 tokens.

Theres no downside to ignoring customers. Just put one girl to dance and collect her star to level up and either leave the game or just sit there collecting the entry fees. Repeat for each shift.
