Guys i figure it out how to unlock all gifts by messing with the shared_pref file
You pretty much only need to add/edit those two keys inside the .xml file

<int name="GiftUnlockKey_11" value="1" />
<int name="GiftBaseValueKey11" value="0" />

This will unlock the gift 11.
Then just keep copy and pasting those two and changing the "11" until "31" (because right now there is 31 gifts to unlock in the game, also it start at 11 because the first 10 gifts are unlocked by default)
It should look like the image

Then to have infinite money and gems to upgrade the gifts, add/edit those two keys

Sadly, you need ROOT access to do this because you need to acesss the "data/data" directory where the shared_prefs file is.
I did this on MuMu player, its a very light emulator that can run even in weak pcs.
This is the path for the file you need to edit.

/data/data/com.live.tile.star.light.beauty/shared_prefs/com.live.tile.star.light.beauty.v2.playerprefs.xml
