It resolved itself with the new patch. However seems theyve changed how upgrades and tons of stuff work so seems the materials must now be server side as theyre not adding now.

Now mats dont add if you have full storage, only mats from case you buy will add.

Anyone know how to trigger invasions. They never "randomly" happen with radio triggered and I tried the hints about the quests in chapter 1 to trigger but that doesnt work either. And the bunker lvl 10 quests have "survive 3 invasions". But no matter what I do I can't trigger any.

first do mission 6 (in chapter 1). Then do mission 8 (chapter 1) and talk to Jane in the first room. This will trigger a faux-invasion back at your shelter, and you can just leave the mission after finishing talking to Jane. )
