It's because android 7.0 and higher you have to put the selinux in permissive mode due to a security issue to fix this you must put selinux in permissive mode go to adb shell and to disable (/sys/fs/selinux/enforce)
$ adb shell
$ su
$ setenforce 0
This should fix that

If you are android 7 or higher you need to connect to adb shell and disable the selinux
(/sys/fs/selinux/enforce)
$ adb shell
$ su
$ setenforce 0
Then restart Andrax it won't matter what you try it won't unpack the core untill you do this
And use termux
 
It's not android 10 it's android selinux it needs to be disabled in order for Andrax to download it is a security issue with android 7 and above
