Tool Android Library Remap Hide

In case some games detect Your cheat library loaded in memory, you can remap the library to hide it.
Code can be found on my github.
Can easily be implemented into an existing mod menu project by adding RemapTools.h to your project and creating a separate library for loading in your build script (ndk-build or cmake).
