Help! Anyway to bypass the SSL pinning ?

Recently i have seem that many apps { not to talk of games } have started using SSL pinning . The app that i am trying blocks all connection as soon as i start packet capture. I tried looking at the code but was not successful . Can anyone give me the example of the code where certificated are validated ? Like where should i look into . I hve heard about frida but not tried yet [ idk why ], has anyone been successful by using frida ?
