Well that would depend on the specific case and if the game is online or not. Some games dont have any damage radius at all.

completly does depend on the game in question and if the game has all round aoe attacks that target more than 1 enemies i dont think its possible to make it hit all targets if there is no multi shots etc in the game .. you cant just add that to the game .. but like the others said here about damage radius etc attack range attack areas you can change all that but definitely cant add something thats not in the game to begin with ...
