can someone tell me how i can make the mod menu buttons like this in the image? I'm a beginner and I don't know how to change the appearance of the mod menu(LGL MOD MENU V2.9)

Everything regarding the appearance of the menu is stored in Project/Java/Menu.java. You do need a basic knowledge of java, color hex codes and HTML/XML to modify the values but there are some comments explaining how it works.
Here is the code that builds the seekbar/Slider. Goodluck and see if you can modify it :)
