That's already happening tbh, because while I was setting up a zipline in Power Plateau for depot nodes and npc deliveries, I noticed a zipline made by someone else in a completely impossible spot that no normal player could reach. So I checked who placed it, and it turns out this Anno guy has been putting ziplines in impossible locations just to make shortcuts instead of placing them normally like everyone else. And honestly, that’s the kind of thing that can get you reported pretty fast and get banned.
