Lol it doesn't mean that it's unreal engine 4 (UE4) the game will not be moddable and will cost you instant ban.... Haven't you heard about the game "Snowbreak containment zone"? The game is also built with unreal engine 4 and also the game is moddable by using CE or JavaScript. The real challenge to this kind of games nowadays is most of the devs are working hard to put their game on server side to prevent some cheaters from ruining and destroying their game.
