Nah u wrong on this, its depends on the tools u were using. Some script required original apk, some need modded + original. Its not useless

If simple sign kill doesnt work, u need to deep check on lib/smali.

I mentioned Lucky Patcher, abd im right on it.

Its mostly the same for each Signature Killer, You kill the sig on the original apk then you can modify stuff.
