Help! Can me Modify libil2cpp.so's SET methods as well using hex or other tools?

I want to know how to modify android games set methods as well?

I dumped libil2cpp.so
it has SET methods inside it as well.

also can we decompile full apk and convert it to source code and then re compile it?

i waan modify input parameter of a function.

You can modify get ones with IDA, but its usually harder because of instruction size.
