Help! Carnival Tycoon - wont work when compiled

I get my carnival tycoon apk on apkpure.
it is in .xapk format so I decompile it using APKTool Gui for PC and compile it again (I haven't touch anything)
but when I install the compiled apk on bluestacks/ldplayer, it immediately crashed.

I also tried converting .xapk to .apk and decompile/compile but the result is the same.

is there any special instruction with regards on this? thanks
