It works at first, but after a few premium choices, the server kind of lags and says this message. It even affects hairs and clothes. I've tried re-installing but the problem still happens. I think the game is still using diamonds. Making the entire mod useless

I even thought that maybe this error only happens to this book in particular, so I started a new one and when it gave me the option to buy the premium clothing, it still says my diamonds are out of sync. So basically the mod is broken

Hopefully it'll be fixed... I love choices a lot...

You can't use the diamonds for anything after you spend all of them. They just decrease as normal and when you try to choose something which requires diamonds, it will just go out of sync.

Once your gems hit 0 you can't pick premium choices anymore. Game just says your gems are out of sync.
