This game is a parody of Resident Evil (the two characters at the beginning of the game are obviously parodies of Leon and Jill; other similarities include collectibles such as documents and walking around the map to find clues), and the map goes from the woods to the church, then to the sewers and underground caves, and finally back to the hospital in the city, and then from the building to the laboratory. Since there are arrows in the game, there is no need to worry about getting lost. However, some boundaries of the map are not clear, and if you accidentally enter the boundary, you can't get back to the map. In addition, God Mode may just change the health volume to a very high level, and the overflow of enemy damage will cause it to fail. As for the other modifications to the game, they seem to have no effect, but my point is that using only God Mode is enough.
