Help! Decompile and edit lua file

I want to edit the .lua file, but I cannot decompile it.
I tried using unluac following the instructions: How to mod Compiled Lua with Hex Comparing method - platinmods.com - Android MODs | iOS MODs | Tutorials & More! but with no success.
Please help me!!

rar file is Broken? coudnt open it
But some hints: even if the lua file is decrypted, the 'key' to encrypt it is there aswell
..
when it is a Script for gameguardian you can log the Actions in gg (so you can easily see, what the Script has done, searched, etc.
