I guess devs encrypted real names so my question is how and can i decrypt them?

Actually, they're not encrypted, they are obfuscated, practically renaming elements. And as you simply cannot recover the original names, you'll have to start practicing and finding which offset is the one that you are looking for, or trying to compare with an older version of the game, which is hopefully unobfuscated, or, the last alternative, you can eventually use the tool named "De4dot" from this link, for clearing some potential functions from the inside.
