If this issue doesn't go away the next few days (at least 3 days from now on), it will be moved to [NOT WORKING] section to prevent folks download such a huge file for nothing !
 
Here is the quick guide about use the GM Command Panel

AFAIK, the T command tab is all about gameplay resources so just use things in there instead of breaking the game with other command tabs

1. In the command tab, I selected the last command known as [develop a character] which gives you all heroes along with equipments and some of materials in the bag (check it yourself)

2. After clicking on the command, it will display like this. In the white space (Nurture id), enter 1 and press [Send]. The game will automatically kick you out and you must to relog back

3. Here is the result. I'm not sure if other commands have a "turn on by 1" switch like that so experiment with them slowly, don't rush to break the game again

Still figuring out wtf am looking at the GMCP Even the original poster didn't give any clue to use it, basically I'm same as you guys
 
T tab, 1st row 4th button => it is same as inapp purchase patch with lucky patcher. You can buy packs etc. should enable everytime we reopen the game

I did give a try on that command but the game just crashed on my side So I've to used the add props command from T tab instead
