use game guardian..
change the search value to Double (E) then you can change everthing (resource, energy, gems, and the other..
trust me its work's...
for non root user [like me] use Game Guardian with parallel space.

And it doesnt work with GG it only change the number but when u actually spend 500 gems it redirect you to topup gems
