Private Server Genshin Impact: Natlan Launch Ver. 5.0.0(CN) Private Server | Yuuki | English | Unlimited Everything

Keep getting network error. I've tried using all the servers. I've tried that 1.1.1.1 vpn. I even waited several days in between trying to redo this in case it was down for maintenance. Literally nothing has worked. I did enjoy the 3.2 GIO quite a bit, but since all my favorite characters are from Fontaine, I wanted to use this one, but clearly that isn't going to possible.
 
Did you do the initial configuration correctly?
[And you can get all characters in 5.0 but there are no quest etc to do....]

It only even goes to the server choosing screen where the network error can happen after the configuration is done properly, so I'm fairly confident that I did it correct. I'll try it one more time and rewatch the setup video, but honestly I'm not hopeful.
 
So turns out I did fuck the config up to keep getting error 4214, but if it's not one issue, then it's the other. The loading screen is stuck on a half dendro sign, and if I turn that vpn on, the loading screen is just all blank. I've seen others report this issue, but since no one resonded to those comments, I've no idea how to solve this new problem.
 

Try different server and don't use vpn
 
ATTENTION!!!
for those who want to play the main quest, I suggest to play v3.2, because it is the most stable. and less bug and maybe even nothing
bug.
