I just try it and ya, u are right... If you increase the dmg, the enemy's energy will regenerate faster depending on how high the dmg multiple you use. And if you increase the deff your energy regen will be very slow depending on how high the deff multiple you use. But for deff I think this is from the game system, because they seem to use -HP% = +Energy%
