Honestly, not too much, since you get GP Medals Everytime you beat a Grand Prix, but I'm not entirely sure what other methods there are to get GP Medals in game, at least other than adding friends, which gives 30 per friend.

I did a 5 minute quiz through the free medal option (tapjoy) in game and it gave me like 800 gp medals lol
