as to unlock those slots will use up diamonds which in turn will raise the VIP levels,
I was VIP level 3 when I unlock the free slots the 2nd time
which might be impossible as spending that amount of diamonds for slots should raise me to VIP level 4 or 5?

yep..mybe that's reasoned why you've been detected by them...me also banned on pwr level 26 after unlocked the last free slot table 1 huhu

If you are using the same mod by AndnixSH,
then when there is an updated mod by him, you can safely install over the old mod with the new updated mod and keep your account
