You can still buy energy in the store, if that's what you're asking about. When you first launch the game, don't turn on any cheats. Go to the store and attempt to buy some energy. Even if the game tells you you don't have enough gems, that's okay. After you've attempted to buy them, close the store and turn on the Gem & Coins cheat. Then open the store and you'll be able to buy energy. The game will still tell you that you have an insufficient number of gems, but the energy is added to your account regardless. I don't know if this works for other gem/coin-based purchases elsewhere in the game's menus, but it's worth a try.

thanks but that's not what I'm talking about - however thanks for taking your time to type this long reply. :) I'm playing this game for years.
I'm sure you've noticed the carnival event is on. previously you could buy the buff & tokens to play minigames - i actually could speed thru the rewards. now you get error msg when you want to buy anything for gems (obviously i dont have enough balance but the mod can't bypass the event's system) in the previous version there was 2 type of gem hack now there's only one

Yes as instructed, in order to make the Facebook login work again, we need to download the older version 5.2.2, login Facebook from the older version and reinstall the latest version. But the 5.2.2 installer won't work. Please help.

Why is it that I'm not getting new events using this mod? I see new events like House Pride, Carnival Prizes, Chocolate Frogs Event, etc in the real game, but in the modded one there's only Magical Milestones (bc it was released before I installed this mod).

Also I'm in Year 5 and I've been speed playing the main story, but I can't seem to unlock Quidditch Season 1 Chapter 9 TLSQ, and many other TLSQs including the Prefect quest which should be unlocked somewhere around Year 4. Is there a solution to this?

All of your pending TLSQs are added to a hidden queue in the game's code. Every time you start a new chapter that has a TLSQ connected to it, they get added to that queue. Almost every chapter between years 3 and 5 have a TLSQ because they're considered the midgame. Whenever you complete a TLSQ, you have to wait 24 hours before your next one becomes available (this can be skipped using Game Guardian to edit the timer, I believe BrianPo posted a guide on how to do that).

Quidditch TLSQs have the lowest priority out of all TLSQs. No matter what, they will be added to the bottom of the queue and you need to complete every other TLSQ you have pending until it becomes available. That also means you have to stop progressing the main story, because as I stated previously, almost every chapter in the midgame has a TLSQ attached to it and they will shove that Quidditch quest further down the queue.

House pride is ending in just over an hour (at 9pm utc).

For safety you're best waiting a few minutes after it finishes as JC have gotten in the habit of dropping surprise events back to back, so don't be surprised if there's another house pride or even a full marks dropped tonight (but hopefully not).
