If you haven't gotten any TLSQs in over 24 hours, then your queue is empty. Keep playing the game until a new one shows up. If you missed one, Jam City will retrigger it someday - TLSQs get retriggered randomly all the time. Quidditch TLSQs are gone forever if you fail them, though.I can't do it in my tablet, please help me.
