This doesn't work if you saved on the new version and then went back to the old version. It's forcing me to update...

No you were using the right words, I got confused. Thanks for clearing it up.
And yes in the past I have had used ticket as a stupid mistake and got banned (luckily I was only in year 1 or 2). So contacting support is a no-no

App has been working fine for me since I started using it, but suddenly now as of the latest update I'm getting "Error: Refresh Title prices and/or types are not valid. Make sure they are all the same." and can't progress past the splash screen. I've tried reinstalling and turning off the currency/energy hacks but nothing has worked.
