whenever i download the v5.2.2. it told me to update if i want to continue so i'm unable log into a fb account. is there a way?
Read step number 8. Have you done it? Clearing the game data I mean.
I have stated the precondition for this method is only for players who have linked their game id to a fb account. I have multiple accounts and have interchangeably went backforth to unins and ins before ver. 5.3.0 was came out (the start of this fb log in bug). Clearing the game data is akin to log out from your game, but you can log in again by reloading your saves from fb. Hence why I don't recommend it if you haven't linked your account yet.Clearing game data does not work if you have current game progress with modded version prior to FB bind.
Mod version gives you fixed ID, so if you have on going progress, delete it by choosing New Game under game settings. Then install 5.2.2 version, it takes a little longer but the pop up box with option Later should appear.
Then on character creation, it should let you bind your FB account. This worked for me.
there are a lot of complaints from legit players too. It is just an easy way to not care about the issue.Guys, I saw this only today, @G-Bo ッ:
I see. Thanks!I have 2 accounts that are in beyond hogwarts/ year 8.
The y7ch20 manticore bug was a while ago and is fixed for new accounts. What happened was that when y7ch20 released, the manticore lesson was accidentally available for players who were below y7ch20 at the time (sometimes even as early as y6). If a player completed the manticore lesson early then when they reached y7ch20 for the first time the game wouldn't progress to y7ch21 as the manticore lesson wasn't counting for chapter completion, and as they had already completed the lesson it wasn't available to do again.
You must play with local account, they eventually catch you and your progress is destroyed. Happened to me two times.Huh? If that's the case then what is the point of playing the modded version at all?
Is there a reason the "no gems/coins consumed" was removed? because i preferred that since the 0 cost makes your gems go down to 0
It is entirely possible and safe to play the game with a Facebook account linked to your save. You just have to be sensible about it. Don't exceed 600 stored energy, don't play during a Full Marks or House Pride event, and don't contact the support team. Those are the three most common ways to get banned. They're not guaranteed, but they come with an increased risk. You must play with local account, they eventually catch you and your progress is destroyed. Happened to me two times.
Only if you go above 600 energy. As far as we're aware, you can abuse the other resource amounts as much as you like. Also is it true I'll get banned if I buy too much?
I also preferred it that way. I use gems for the Carnival Event. It let me buy the booster and saved me a lot of play time. But, yeah. I'll make do with whatever I have.Is there a reason the "no gems/coins consumed" was removed? because i preferred that since the 0 cost makes your gems go down to 0
