I forgot to ask;
- Do you remember how many gems, coins, energy, red books, blue books, yellow books, pages, creature food, silver timer toffees, gold timer toffees you got? You can answer in the same order of this list.
- According to your previous answer, you've been using this mod for more than a month. Is this account a new created one or a transitioned account from an authorized app to the mod app?
I'm sorry if I'm too nosy, but we need to know the details to deduce what's the possible cause of the ban. But, regarding your answer to question number 6, it's not exactly what I had in mind. Well, I should've stated any event excluding TLSQ, SQ, and Hogwarts Diary. But, no matter. I think I know the answer. Since you messaged them on 31 January, that means your account had been sorted to a FM group and it's highly possible your ban came from someone in your group. Even though you ignore the event, any activity you make during your play, might account to the completion of some of the tiles in FM. That person in your group perhaps noticed how quickly you raised your score (even if that wasn't your intention) and perhaps reported you or maybe some other guy in the same group as you.
My primary guess is, you're just lucky to have encountered a sloppy support. I've never seen mod users had their ban status lifted, but I do have some experience with not got banned while I participated FM in the past. I know because a few names in my group were disappeared from the list except mine. Someone clearly had reported to the support. I was lucky because the person who handled my group was probably too lazy to check mine, because I know if I were them, I'd ban myself too. My game's statistics were most definitely abnormal.
