An old LGL version had a customizable sound class; but it was removed due to incompatibility with some games as far as I'm aware.
Maybe you can still find them in old tags.

If you persistently want to find sounds in LGL ModMenu, go to the old releases of the github template

If you are using sounds to indentify when things occur. Toasts might be useful as well, since they are still supported by LGL.
