hello is there any impact to the phone when you activate wireless debuging trough adb command ? and how we can revert it back if problem occurs? is it reverted itself or we should have some code to deactivate the phantom process for deactivating vmos assistance ?

it won't impact at all. changes are likely to be reverted on reboot

Did you tried enable notification for assistant from system settings?
