Help! How To Increase instead of decrease in ll2Cpp Modding ?

i Had seen a tutorial somewhere but can't seem to find it anymore on YouTube, how do i increase a value instead of decreasing in ll2Cpp, i remember we had to change the first 2 values of Hex, but i am not sure. Can someone please help me.

Thank you so much for yout reply, i believe the solution you gave me applies to IDA PRO right? because i am viewing the Dummy DLL files in Dnspy and getting the offset then changing the values in 010 editor. Correct me if i am wrong.
