Tutorial How to make a Login system for MODS!

i am new to game hacking. i have some doubts.

1. you provide a file for php webserver zip file and we have a login file there as well so is these both are same or different.

2. if i create a mod menu then am i need to add this login page in my mod menu file or am i need to add this to the game along with the mod menu. if i need to add this to mod menu file then in witch folder i need to move this login file.
