How to update an old mod apk?

As the above title, some modders always update our favourite games too slow as an example. So how can I update version for an mod apk by myself? For example, update the mod file of Valkyrie Connect version 09.59.0 to 09.60.0 ?

Please show me a guide to do this. Thank you.
 
Too slow is not the correct answer
Modders have to manage their life too
Just be patient, because some resource who were free can be anytime not available anymore
It only depends of the modders interest to continue updating or let it outdated
We mod games as hobby and for fun

To answer your question, first think about it the other way around. If someone has no modding knowledge, just knows how to play other people's mods and somehow "magically" they can update that mod because they just ask and they will get the answer. Then why do modders have to constantly update their mods instead of just mod the first version and then leave it there for users to update the next versions by their own "magic"?
 
If you dont want to update the mod anymore, then why dont you teach us how to do it so we can do it by ourselves?
