Guys, does anyone know if there are programs that extract font from pictures. Or maybe who knows how people translate games from Chinese to English while saving the font? maybe someone has a video?

You cant extract fonts from photos you just have to find one that looks similar, idk about translating a game from chinese to english either

You can use some apps like this Camera Translator - translate photo & picture - Apps on Google Play

And then just make sure the translation makes sense when you change it in your Game.

Technically it possible but its beyond than a simple string.xml edit with apk editor. Look like this Btw I dont learn about game translate, the pic below just from a guide but that guide isnt in English so good luck then

That using image? I think if it unity games (or any game that's using third party game engine), It should be in the source file in assets (needs a bit more modding skills)

It will impossible causes you don't know that font right? May you can work harder with editing all of image in there, well that's only possible thing.
