Help! How would I modify this file?

Been looking for an answer but still haven't got one that solved the issue.
How would I view the content of this .so file so I can edit via my PC.
I know the game is hackable already but I just don't know how I could access this file content myself.
Any help will be appreciated!

(The file comes from Injustice Gods Among Us lib folder)

Hey guys I found some information,
This game was made from Unreal engine 3 and this game files are encrypted by epic games security methods and It's kinda hard work .
I was find a method and I promise to help you guys because this kind of knowledge is important.
