Hacking IAP with Lucky Patcher works.
Steps taken:

1. Install from Play Store.
2. Open Lucky Patcher
3. Choose App for Patch
4. Create Modified APK
5. Patch InApp + LVL
6. Choose "Patch"
7. After Patching choose "Go To File"
8. Uninstall & Install
9. Tried to purchase package
10. Lucky Patcher IAP (save purchase ticked)
11. Purchase success.

As per "hvdaedalus"s instructions, it still works just fine. But i'm not on a phone, im unsing MeMu emulator. First thing I ever tried to mod and after a bit of trial and error, I got it going. Only issues i was having was the fact I had never done anything like this before, so I had to learn the software and processes as I worked at it. It went just fine. (On a side note, I do have the game on my phone, and I play ligit on it. Its just one of those games that never ends, and after playing for almost a year, I wanna screw around with it)
